Our policy will be to go over your treatment program and financing before scheduling any therapy. When there’s a question concerning what is required or how much your investment is, even inquiring before proceeding is almost always a smart option.

We try to create precise estimates of what the insurance must cover–but of course, we are not associated with your insurance company, so we are not able to speak on their behalf.

When there’s a change in the estimated treatment program, we’ll try to share it with you before moving. You’re ultimately responsible for paying us any treatment you get despite any potential insurance policy or lack thereof.
